Just finished filing my taxes and I thought I would share how I got it done, last minute. I used HR Block Online, and it took me just a few hours, total price including FED, State and Electronic Filing for both was $110. No CDs to buy, no software to download. Just log in and get started. It's not great, as far as helping you find errors, but if you waited to the last minute, like me, it's a lifesaver.

I should have stuck with the Deluxe and the total would have been about $90. At this point, I don't really care; I'm just glad to have it done. If you have a mortgage, investments or itemized deductions use the Deluxe version. If you have a business and use Schedule C ... you'll need the Premium version.

Just thought I'd share with any procrastinators, like me! My e-returns were accepted within just an hour. If you have back taxes from previous years, hanging over your head: you can purchase software downloads going back to 2006.

Hidden in Plain Sight: I get many people who watch my Sharpie Paint Pen videos, ask me where they can find the Water-based Paint Pens.
