The Clinton project is starting to take shape.

With the footings complete, we're now forming and pouring the stem walls—the next step in creating a solid foundation for everything that's to come.

This is where the project starts coming out of the ground. Every measurement, every form, and every pour has to be right before we move on to the next phase.

Marlette Project Update:

The house is starting to come together.

Hardscape started , trees are coming this week, Cabinets are in, tops are measured, Tile is taking shape. Drywall punch, paint prep and the electrical trim is and wood floor starts next week

This is the stage where all the pre construction planing and procurement starts to shine. This is month 11 of construction. Every trade builds off the previous. We definatly stacking the deck with trades.
Looking forward to seeing this one come together.

Clinton Progress

Every custom home starts below grade.

Today marks a major milestone at Clinton as we pour the footings—the foundation that everything else will be built upon.
A pour of this size takes more than concrete. It takes planning, coordination, and precise timing.

Today, 100 cubic yards of concrete are. being poured, with ready-mix trucks arriving every 15 minutes to keep
the boom pump running without interruption.

Behind the scenes, days of rebar installation, layout, and preparation have led to this moment.

The conditions couldn't be better. A little extra humidity helps the concrete cure more evenly, setting the stage for a strong foundation.

Once these footings are complete, we'll begin forming the stem walls and watch the Clinton project start to come out of the ground.Every exceptional home starts with a solid foundation.
