Completed shower install in Whiteford Township, Ottawa Lake, Michigan. Large format 24"x48" wall tile with mosaic pebble stone for the shower floor and niche wall. New black fixtures match the black tile edge profiles nicely. This shower turned out beautiful. We will be installing a glass door and panel next.

Recent kitchen remodel for a customer in Sylvania, OH. Removed large walk-in pantry closet that separated the existing kitchen and dining room, to create one large kitchen space. New cabinets, islands, granite countertops, appliances, range hood, fixtures and flooring. Next on the list is crown molding for the cabinets and additional trim.

Here is a repair we did on a damaged soffit. Water had rotted away the original board and caused the fasteners to pull out. Removed all of the underside of the soffit including trim. Sealed up all possible points of water pe*******on and installed new soffit panels and trim. Photos show the original damage and new repair.

Here's a recent bathroom remodel where the shower half-wall was originally a full wall and the shower was in an alcove. Here we cut down the wall and the glass opens it up really nicely. New bathroom floor tile, shower wall/floor tile, fixtures and mirror frame. Painting has been done since the time of the photos.

Alcove shower surround replacement including new tray, drain, valve and brished nickel trims (shower head, handle, plate). New glass door was difficult to find for that small size of opening.

A customer that I remodeled two bathrooms for, called and asked to remodel his first floor half bathroom. It's very small but looks really nice. New tile floors, toilet, vanity cabinet and top, faucet, mirror, light fixture, exhaust fan, towel bar, paper holder, base/case and paint. Sorry for the terrible photos. A customer asked me to look at his shower to see if I could diagnose an issue with water dripping in the basement. I already knew where it was coming from.
The curb is the area of the shower where most problems occur. They are typically not waterproofed correctly and the joints on adjacent surfaces allow water to seep through.
The first step was to remove the tile on the three sides of the curb, as well as, the wall tile on the sides where the curb meets. Then, the real damage is revealed. This curb was built using 2x4 lumber and foam board. There was no waterproofing membrane or liquid sealing any of the joints. Everything had to be removed including some of the cement board on the walls. Luckily the subfloor wasn't destroyed (only surface issues). The new preformed shower curb was installed next with all surfaces and joints completely waterproofed. New tile was cut and installed with profiles on the edges and joints filled with grout. The final step is sealing all the corners with 100% waterproof silicone caulk. Everything is repaired and looks fantastic. Most importantly no more leaks.

A long time customer called and asked me to look at his bathroom flooring around the toilet. He said it's starting to feel spongy. I pulled up the original vinyl floor and found that the toilet had been leaking and everything was starting to rot down to the subfloor.
All the base trim, finished floor, underlayment and toilet had to be removed. Repaired the subfloor, installed new underlayment, luxury vinyl flooring and baseboard trim. Had to do some minor repairs on the toilet fl**ge and reinstalled the toilet. In the end, everything looks great and most importantly no more toilet leaks.
