First, the roof was replaced, followed by extensive rot repairs. The project involved replacing wall studs, relocating doors, reframing new windows, facia board, electrical and installing vinyl siding. Next, a roofed front deck will be constructed, followed by a spacious back deck perfect for relaxation, family gatherings, and entertainment. I am proud to be part of this renovation, having known this home my entire life, and I appreciate you selecting us to restore your childhood home to its former glory.

Update, before and after

A small little water intrusion job I’ll be tackling tomorrow and making my clients garage 100% less of a mess/hazard for their tenants. We will be removing all of the water damaged wood up to the top of the garage door just to assure that no water is present. Replacing all water damaged/rotted wood, along with waterproofing all newly installed wood and replacing the siding up to the top of the garage door. As well as caulking and painting all newly installed materials.
Before during and after pictures will be uploaded when we complete the job!
