Temple Georgia- washer and dryer were basically taking over part of bedroom. I removed right side of wall ,install all new casing , install washer and dryer in place. Install all new water lines and exhaust , removed shelves in room mounted on wall. Float areas with hot mud , fill in all nail holes and painted entire room. Painted all trim and casing, door and window , baseboard and crown molding. Installed a curtain because washer stuck out a little needed to be flexible. Turn out great. Got bedroom back 🤠🇺🇸

Water damage work. Had to cut 2 feet up wall and side of window. Damage from overflow gutters. Treat area with anti fungal , sheet rock , 3 coats of tape and mud , texture area , prime and paint. Install new outlet
