Sometimes the most challenging properties can result in a stunningly beautiful home. In this case, the lot had only three sides with no rear property line. Due to its shape and location along a cart path, this was the last remaining original lot in a well established golf community that was overlooked and considered unbuildable for many years. When the new owners approached us to design their new home, we were up for the challenge and the rest is history.
