Lot 1, Grizzly Estates had some amazing views today! What a beautiful day to finish the backsplash in the kitchen. Grout will be done on Monday. The plumber and the electrician should be there as well. Then we can bring in appliances! Oh how I love to see the finish line!

From getting some tile layed , doors and trim being installed, and the electrician getting the lights on, things are definitely moving along at Lot 1 in Grizzly Estates. The countertops were also templated today so granite/ quartz will be installed soon!

Lot 1 in Grizzly Estates, Madras update! Cabinets are here, wood installed as well as Trex deck on the back deck.. a beautiful fence installed on the north side of the sub division and the trim pack and doors were delivered this morning! I can't wait to get started on tile! If you know me, you know I love doing tile! Stay tuned!

Things happening at Grizzly Estates in Madras..
Lot 1 flooring is complete, now we cover it to make sure it stays like new. Lot 1 cedar installed at the front entrance, wow it really looks amazing with this front door! Subdivision lot signs, flags and trees are being installed as well as a fence on the right side of the entry. We are also continuing the dig out on Lot 7, permits should be any day! Exciting stuff!

Walls are primed and painted at Lot 1, Grizzly Estates. We are now staining the Japanese cedar that will go on the front...

Oh this weather has been a blessing! Lot 1 Grizzly Estates in Madras has had the exterior painted and it looks amazing! The sheet rockers hung all the sheet rock in 2 days (wow!) and they will start taping and mudding tomorrow! What a busy week but things are getting done!
