Another quality install in the books. We won’t be seeing this customer for quite some time. But they will be happy with that 30 percent decrease in their energy bill every month.

Found a cracked heat exchanger a couple of months ago while changing another component on this customers furnace that was an old 90s model 60% furnace. Installed a new 80% furnace and 14 seer coil and condenser. Not only do they not have to worry about carbon monoxide anymore they will also be saving 20% on their gas bill and their electric bill should be even more then 20% in savings.
