This client had a new patio installed at their home and wanted to update their old white pergola.

They decided to go with a full cedar pergola, and we recreated it to keep the profiles they liked from the old pergola and changed up the support posts to give it a different look.

We also expanded the overall size of the pergola to better match their new patio.

The result is a stunning new pergola that is both functional and beautiful. It provides much-needed shade on their new patio and adds a touch of elegance to their backyard.

Our client had an old, non-conforming deck that was dangerous and did not provide a third-floor egress.

We removed the old deck and built a beautiful new one that meets all safety codes. The new deck features a Feeney Wire railing in the rear and a Wolf Composite railing in the front. The decking is Timbertek, which is a high-quality material that is resistant to rot, decay, and insects.

The new deck provides a safe and comfortable space for the client to enjoy their garden and quiet time. It also provides a much-needed egress in case of an emergency.

We transformed this outdated home into a modern oasis!

The client wanted additional living space on the third floor in the bedroom. We designed a dormer to add architectural definition to the front of the home which provided additional space in the master bedroom for the clients.

On the first floor, the small addition that was added in the 70's to the front of the house was tearing away from the home. We designed and remodeled the lower space with a fresh new space that is structurally sound to sit in.

On the exterior, the client wanted a portion of the wall removed to add additional parking to the front of the home and secure the staircase with a better-looking rock wall to match the wall opposite the driveway.

Additionally, we replaced the driveway to match the expanded footprint.

We are so proud of the transformation we were able to create for this home!

We recently completed a project that involved removing a front porch to make way for a stunning two-story deck.

The second floor of the deck boasts an Anderson Slider that leads directly to the bedroom, while both the upper and lower decks feature Fiberon decking, wolf railings, and azek trim details.

Check out our latest project! We recently completed a kitchen renovation that involved knocking down a wall and installing a beautiful LVL beam to create a more open and spacious feel.

The kitchen now boasts a large central island and features Bosch Appliances and MANTRA Cabinets. The stunning Quartz Countertop Vector Statuario adds the perfect finishing touch to this modern and functional space.

In addition to the kitchen renovation, we also transformed the unfinished basement into a home gym and bathroom. Now the pool room has a sleek new look with added functionality to serve both the pool and the gym.

This transformation was nothing short of amazing! We took a barn from the 1900s and turned this old structure into a beautiful and functional space. From the careful restoration of reclaimed wood to the addition of modern amenities, every detail was carefully considered to create a space that is both welcoming and comfortable.

Something our client really wanted to see was the detailed pieces from the original barn structure. We were able to use the reclaimed wood and one of the places it was used was on the staircase.

Additional finishes and details that were discussed in preproduction were windows, style, paint, trims, and additional finishes. We brought in several of our partners to assist with this part of the process.

Next up on our barn renovation project, is framing. This part was the most challenging due to the structure of the barn. Our focus here was making sure everything was level.

One of the first parts of any project is demo! We deconstructed this 100-year-old barn as we were required to keep the original shell of the structure due to town planning and development requirements.

Additionally, we saved most of the floorboards so we could reuse them later on in the project. We worked with our demo partner on this project Joshua Recycling they are efficient and neat so this set us up for an easy transition into the framing.
