Hello everyone, this is Angela, Charlie McMillan’s wife. It has been brought to my attention that there are some of you that are not happy with the time line as to when Charlienis getting to your trees. I just want to say that Charlie is really trying hard to get to everyone as fast as he can. He has missed many family functions lately, and has opted out of going with his kids and I next week on vacation just so that he can try to get caught up and make you all happy. It does bother him a lot that he can’t do it as fast as he would like. We are even thinking of adding a second crew but he’s very picky about who works for him so this may be a slow process in picking the right people. I promise if you all will be patient you will be please with him. He loves his costumers very much and wants to make each and everyone happy. Please bare with him and if you can’t wait for him to get to you then we understand if you need to use someone else. Also, we just lost his nephew, who also works for him, Sunday morning and have been dealing with that. This put a big hurt in him and his guys that work with him. I would ask that if you are not happy still with things, please don’t post anything negative at least for a week or too and let the guys have their time to grieve. I understand you are all entitled to your opinions and we respect that but please let them have a few weeks, because like I said he takes all the comments personally. And for all of you that continue to stick with us we appreciate you all.
