These metal buildings aren’t flashy but they are what we have to catch customers attention looking for cheap and quick.
When you are trying to make a sale against your competition that has a cheap metal building, remember that all our metal utilities have plywood roof decking and vertical roofing. These are big upgrades in value for your customers and not a big difference in monthly payments.
Almost ALL of the economy metal sheds your competitors sell are RTO transactions. That means that you aren’t competing against hundreds of dollars but more like a few $$ a month in payment differences.
Our metal vs competition isn’t apples to apples.
You definitely have the better buildings and you should be able to upsale if you understand the benefits.

Our advantage is this ….
1) we have warrantied Sherwin Williams paint they
use cheapest metal available called Thrifty with
no fade warranty
2) we wood deck our roofs they don’t
3) we run sheets vertical , they run horizontal
