This beautiful home had fantastic potential, but needed a complete overhaul, so we took it to bare bones. Restructured the overall layout, added square footage, an amazing steel staircase on the interior and exterior and windows for days. Scroll through to see part of this huge undertaking. A cool transformation!

Dry weather = Progress! This custom home has unique details and one of a kind design in every direction you look. Right now we’re working on getting it insulated. Thank you LA Spray Foam for doing such a clean thorough job.

First off, I am so sorry for the destructive loss many of you experienced March 31st. I was overwhelmed by it all, so I can only imagine how you are feeling if you were one of the many effected. It has been hard to put myself out there offering my services cause this is such a tender subject, but I do care. Here are a few services I provide for storm damage:
- engineer/builder opinion on structural integrity after storm (I do have my PE license)
- if structure is determined to be ok, I can frame roof system and install new roof, so weather can stop coming in and give the homeowner time to plan for repairs or desired remodel changes. We can help with design changes as well.
- repair work for minimal damaged homes. Roof repairs, siding, paint, drywall etc.
- house is totalled. We can design and rebuild.
- Buy as is if homeowner does not want to keep it.
