Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Technician at All Seasons Comfort, LLC in the Nashville Metropolitan Area. The Service Technician will be responsible for maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, field service, and customer service related to heating and air conditioning systems.

Qualifications

Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting skills
Field Service and Customer Service skills
Experience in HVAC maintenance
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Strong attention to detail
HVAC certification or relevant technical training
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

All Seasons Comfort is looking for a service technician. Must have a clean driving record and 5+ years of service experience. Pay range will be $32-$40hr depending on experience. Job description is posted below.

Perform Preventative Maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of Commercial and residential HVAC equipment

Able to read and comprehend wiring diagrams, installation/operation service manuals

Provide timely documentation using Company Service software on the Company iPad

Provide effective communication to Customers and to Office to ensure Customer Satisfaction

Demonstrate accountability for assigned work, including managing time and follow-ups

Follow Safety Protocols
