📍 Ubicación de nuestra oficina: Estamos ubicados en el área de Plant City en 11711 Knights Griffin Road, Thonotosassa, FL 33592.

💼 Lo Que Hará
Instalación de Paisajismo (Landscaping):
• Preparar el terreno y la tierra para nuevos diseños.
• Plantar árboles, arbustos y flores.
• Colocar césped fresco (sod).
• Utilizar maquinaria/equipo para mover materiales pesados, incluyendo mantillo (mulch), piedra y tierra vegetal.
Instalación de Irrigación:
• Instalar líneas principales y líneas laterales.
• Colocar válvulas y cabezales de riego.
• Ensamblar tuberías de PVC.
• Cavar y excavar zanjas.

🛠️ Lo Que Estamos Buscando
• Edad: Tener al menos 18 años de edad.
• Autorización de trabajo: Estar autorizado para trabajar en los EE. UU. y presentar identificaciones válidas en el momento de la contratación.
• Perfil ideal: Candidatos con experiencia reciente en construcción al aire libre, especialmente en áreas como instalación de irrigación y paisajismo, dado que el trabajo se realiza a la intemperie bajo diversas condiciones climáticas.
• Choferes: Si aplica como conductor, debe tener una licencia de conducir válida de Florida, al menos 3 años de historial de manejo limpio y la capacidad de pasar una prueba de dr**as.

⏱️ Horario y Requisitos Físicos
• Horario: De lunes a viernes, comenzando a las 7:00 AM hasta que el equipo regrese al taller (típicamente de 8 a 10 horas diarias).
• Horas extras (Overtime): Disponibles y pagadas a tiempo y medio por todas las horas trabajadas después de las 40 horas semanales.
• Esfuerzo físico: Requiere esfuerzo físico constante, estar de pie por períodos prolongados y levantar materiales pesados.
• Clima: Capacidad para trabajar al aire libre bajo las diversas condiciones climáticas de Florida.

💰 Pago y Beneficios
• Compensación: $15.00 a $18.00 por hora (¡pago semanal!).

DROUGHT CONDITIONS DON’T MEAN YOUR LANDSCAPE HAS TO SUFFER 🌱☀️

Here are a few ways to keep your property looking great while conserving water:

• Water early in the morning to reduce evaporation
• Check irrigation systems for leaks or overspray
• Add mulch around plants and trees to retain moisture
• Raise mower height to help protect grass roots
• Consider drought-tolerant plants and landscaping options
• Avoid overwatering — deeper, less frequent watering is more effective
• Use soil moisture additives or water-retention treatments to help soil hold moisture longer and improve water efficiency

Soil conditioners and moisture-retention products can help reduce water stress on turf and plants during extended dry periods while improving overall soil health.
