You should never ever ever pay anything up front no roofing company should ever need any money until job has passed city inspection then you can give the first check back I have been Roofing for over 25 years and I have never taken any money from homeowners until Job is complete and passed city inspection

🌧The hail arrived at my southeastern Colorado Springs neighborhood around 4:30PM. It hit hard and fast...with hail coming in larger than a quarter at times.

Thunderstorms will develop along the southeast mountains and move into the plains gaining strength as they encounter greater moisture and instability. Very large hail, damaging winds and an isolated tornado will be possible. Stay weather aware and act quickly if storms threaten.

Hail will be the main threat for Denver today as another round of severe weather conditions sets up across the front range. The most significant severe weather threat is HAIL! Storms developing later today across the central High Plains could produce very large hail, could get larger baseballs, potentially destructive wind gusts greater than 75 mph, and isolated tornadoes.

The tornado threat is expected to extend from the High Plains into portions of the Southern Plains, where atmospheric conditions will be favorable for rotating thunderstorms capable of producing brief tornadoes.
Farther east, a weather boundary stretching from the High Plains to the Northeast is interacting with a warm, moisture-rich air mass across much of the eastern United States. This setup will support widespread showers and thunderstorms while increasing the risk of heavy rainfall and flash flooding.
Excessive rainfall could lead to flooding later today: the Carolina coastlines and the Delmarva Peninsula. Residents in these areas should remain alert for rapidly changing weather conditions and potential flash flood warnings.
