Decked Out Exteriors — Hiring Deck Builders / Laborers

Pay: Starting $25/hr (fast increases for experienced workers)

We build decks, pergolas, stairs, railings, and other outdoor structures. Fast-paced, physical work — must be comfortable lifting, working outdoors, and using hand & power tools.

What we’re looking for:

Physical, reliable crew members
Basic carpentry or willingness to learn
Experience with tools preferred
Punctual, team-focused, safety-minded
Driver’s license & reliable transportation
