It was REALLY HOT in Hanoi; literally covered in sweat the entire trip.

Even when we thought we might actually pass out from the intensity of the heat, we still ate ALL OF THE SOUP! The hottest, saltiest, beefiest soup! THREE DOLLAR SOUP!

There was no question that our next class had to be pho.

Every person in Portland has a favorite pho place - Pho Oregon is ours - yet I rarely hear people talk about making it at home.
