My old house. Finished leveling the big center dip in the roof on the garage. Front header beam was 2x4s and there was no trusses from the peak to the front wall. Raised the roof until level. Replace the 2x4 header with 2x6s. Then built trusses with kicker brackets to avoid trusses kicking out from roof rafters. Now to finish the front so I can start adding vinyl siding. Exterior painting starts next week.

This old home. I decided to tear it down to the studs and rebuild. From basement to roof. Inside and out. Living room is priority project. All the new drywall has been installed. New outlets and switches have been rewired. Entrance to living room was sagging because it was too large and only supported by a 2 2x4 beam to a load-bearing wall. Put up 6's correctly, closed it up by 30", and gained a new display wall. Have painters ready to come in to do the living room and the carport as soon as we can. Hallway and the garage are next.
