modeling most of my life. The last 10 years I have worked with Century 21 as a repair specialist to help them close on homes they are selling. I have also served as the first call made when Century 21 had home owners that needed repairs made to their homes. I have spent several years taking care of the upkeep and maintenance of my parents' rental properties. I have spent 25 years of my life doing missionary work in Mexico and the US. A lot of the missionary work has been construction of homes, kitchens, health clinics, and churches along with repairs to existing structures. Even repairing small things like, bad porch rails and steps, or light fixtures broken. Replacing Storm Doors, entry doors, closet doors, etc..
