Stallings Self Storage has a **HUGE** unit full of furniture items. This unit is 15 foot by 20 foot, and it is packed pretty full.
In this unit are some very nice, in good condition, wooden furniture items, such as::
mid century modern china cabinet with glass shelves and lighting, a walnut hutch, two full sized wooden bed frames, wooden bookshelves, several mid century modern mirrors, vintage lamps, a modern white wooden crib and mattress, two tall metal shelves like for a garage or warehouse, and tools, coffee tables, side tables, sofa tables and so much more.
We also have a second unit, full of antique furniture items, size is 8 foot by 10 foot, and includes such items as claw footed chairs upholstered chairs, possible Hepplewhite China Cabinet, and mid century modern china hutch, and misc antique tables.
We want to do a private auction, in person, with the bidding to start at $50.00 for each of these two units.
Possible dates would be:
Saturday January 15 2022 at 10am
or
Saturday January 22 2022 at 10am
Please comment below if you would be interested in something like this, and which day would be better for you.
Rule would be:: highest bidder takes all, and winner leaves a $100 cash " cleaning deposit" and has 72 hours to clean out the unit of all items. If the unit is cleaned out within the 72 hours, the cleaning deposit is returned to the bidder. If not, the cleaning deposit would be forfeit, as we have to go in and remove anything the winner does not remove and we have to pay our handyman to do this.
