Job details
We are looking for a reliable, Lead Well Driller to head our field operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
*Operations: Lead the setup and operation of Mud Rotary drilling rig.
*Technical: Install well casing, screens, gravel packs, and perform well development/grouting to state standards.
*Leadership: Management of Driller's Assistant, ensuring safety protocols and daily drilling logs are strictly maintained.
*Troubleshooting: Diagnose flow issues, formation
changes, and mechanical rig problems on the fly.

REQUIREMENTS
*Experience: Minimum [3–5] years of lead drilling experience.
*Licensing: Valid Virginia Master/Journeyman Water Well System Provider license (preferred).
*Driving: Clean driving record; Class A or B CDL.
*Physical: Ability to work outdoors in all weather and lift 50+ lbs regularly.

Jim's Well Service is looking for a qualified candidate for the full-time position of Driller's Assistant. This individual will assist the lead driller in operation of the drill rig during well installations as well as service work and maintenance of well systems when required. Must be reliable, responsible, and enjoy working out-of-doors. CDL helpful.
Qualifications:
* VALID DRIVERS LICENSE WITH ACCEPTABLE DRIVING RECORD!!
* Lifting up to 100 lbs
* Willing to work overtime when required
* Basic math and writing skills
* Experience is preferred, but will train qualified candidate
