At Premier Buildings of Northeast Georgia, we pride ourselves in providing the highest quality Premier Portable Buildings built by the finest craftsmen, right here in North Georgia. All of our Premier Portable Buildings are constructed using either 50 year LP Smartside paneling or 29 Gauge Metal Siding on top of a layer of OSB for superior strength and durability over treated T1-11 and other sidings. We use LP ProStruct tongue and groove flooring with a professional grade surface or 3/4" Advantech industrial flooring and a 30 year metal roof. All come with our 5 year craftsmanship warranty. A great alternative to mini-warehousing! Our no strings plan allows you to have your own storage facility for your backyard or business, when and where you need it. The low monthly rental rates are comparable or less than mini-warehousing rates per square foot. No credit application, and no obligation to keep your building!
