Who doesn’t love some Echinacea purpurea, the purple coneflower!!!! And some soldier beetle friends. Even though these guys eat caterpillars (need balance) they love aphids. So always a good sign in the garden!!!

The Great Horned Owl 🦉 Lucky enough to spot her while walking through the woods along the river. Tried to get closer (I was about 50yds) but she took off. Had her eyes on me as you can see. The funny thing is I couldn’t tell if she could see me because of their necks, I thought she was looking the other way lol.

New housing development for all the friends 😉🐝🪲🐞 Recycled an old railroad tie for mainly mason bees. My yard has mason bees everywhere and the little hotel I made (last pic) is FULL of bees.

This is where most of my natives are (second to last) and it is hidden by flowers. But perfect hiding spot for those that need it. A little bit of an experiment with it, not being in the open. 🤞
