It's time to make a statement about Lee from the point place page when we did his siding we noticed after we tore off all the siding and metal around the windows that there was 4 windows that was not framed right at that point I wrote up a change of work order to re frame the 4 windows I was only going to charge him 500 labor and material when Lee came to look at the windows and the problem we found he told me he didn't want to pay for the extra work I asked him to sign the work order saying he didn't want the work done he told me no so I signed it and wrote that he didn't want the extra work done and he was told the way the metal came off is how it was going back on he was fine with it after we finished the siding we walked around the house and he paid what he owed me then he hired me to do the roof on the garage next door witch it took him one month to pay me we also disgust fixing the siding on the driveway side of his other property, he said, there are 15 broken pieces. Can you just change them out? I told him yes. I can do that, but then he asked me when I write up my invoice list that I say I did the whole side of the house. I told him no, because that is insurance fraud. I would lose my license and get a big fine that is why he is mad at me

A siding job we did in Woodville ohio this week we also had to tear out a wall replace the base plate studs and insulate the wall the chimney was causing the leak that ruined the wall so we had to replace the shingles front and back pan step flashing and new counter flashing call for your free estimates today 419-377-3046 we are fully insured have our workman's comp and have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau

We are looking to hire two shinglers and three laborers shinglers will make between 250 and 350 a day and laborers will make between 1:30 and 180 a day I will pay you after the check clears
