Genoa Bank, Fremont Branch Ribbon Cutting

We celebrate this achievement of GenoaBank’s newest branch in Fremont, Ohio, officially opening its doors to the public on January 30th, 2024. This project wasn’t just about bricks and mortar; it was about weaving a vision into the fabric of the community. It was about more than aesthetics; it was about designing a space that embodies GenoaBank’s values: trust, connection, and community growth.

This ribbon-cutting ceremony isn’t just the opening of a bank; it’s the culmination of creative vision, meticulous planning, and expert ex*****on of those plans. We applaud RFC contracting, and all the subcontractors involved in bringing this project to life. May GenoBank’s Fremont branch be a testament to the power of thoughtful design to serve, inspire, and develop strong relationships with valued customers and businesses.

We have another one of our home projects on the market for another lucky family. Sitting high above the Maumee River on a 2.25 acre site with formal and functional gardens, every room was designed to take full advantage of the site. The 1,500 square feet of additional living space was designed in the same shingle-style architecture to blend with the original cottage. The newly designed spaces include: a gourmet kitchen, open family room, dining area, butler's pantry and laundry, stair tower, yoga studio, home elevator, and a two-car garage. This 123 year old home has all the functionality of the 21st century while being true to its historic start. Check out these recent pictures in the link below.

We're so proud to have played a part in bringing the Ronald McDonald house to its new location in a modern building that better suits their purpose of helping the families of Northwest Ohio. We took these photos just before the fall leaves fell at our completed french county project. Thanks to Valle Homes for their impeccable attention to detail. It never gets old seeing our drawings come to life and clients enjoying the final results. As Robert Frost wrote in one of his most famous poems, "Nothing gold can stay."

We designed this shingle-style home in 2001 and Berman Builders did a great job bringing it to life in 2002. The 10,403-square-foot estate with six bedrooms and six bathrooms and a basketball court in the basement. It features Brazilian Cherrywood floors on the main level with 10-foot ceilings and western red cedar shingles. From castles to cottages and everything in between we enjoy designing them all.

This Ultra-modern home is located on a cul-de-sac of a quiet established development backing up to one of the beautiful Toledo Metroparks. The house was designed on a large curve terminating at an outdoor covered entertaining space complete with a gas fireplace. The large floor-to-ceiling curtain of glass and open floor plan with lower level walkout allows all the main living spaces to take full advantage of the views of the wooded Metropark. These pictures were taken last fall by our good friend Rick Luettke.

Marblehead Lighthouse restoration project. “These renovations preserve the building,” said ODNR Project Manager Ted Welsh. “Duket Architects and Grunwell-Cashero Contractors did an amazing job of coordinating and collaborating to address these issues and deliver a successful renovation project to ODNR and the public.”

The exterior is almost complete of our french county design in Sylvania. Gas coach lights, shutters, driveway, and landscape are next. We are so happy for the family that gets to enjoy this one they have worked tirelessly as well. We started design work over 2 years ago and it's a real beauty inside and out! Great work Valle Homes in bringing this one to life!
