Handyman’s helper some skills helpful: including demo, painting, carpentry, drywalling and assisting the experienced contractors.

The work we usually do:

Demo, house clear outs, replace smoke alarmed repair floors, flooring, replace door locks, drywall patches, painting, hauling, installing new lights inside and outside, reinforcing or rebuilding stairways, repairing window screens, installing windows, light plumbing and light electrical work.

$20 an hour to start. Wage increases possible commensurate with proven reliability and experience.

A customer requested installation of their new washer and gas dryer. We discovered that the gas valve was missing and the water valves were in poor condition. To resolve these issues, we offered to install the gas valve and replace the water valves. The customer expressed satisfaction with the outcome.

The scope of work includes: 1. Humanely trapping mature raccoons and their babies. 2. Demolishing areas of the structure compromised by urine and f***s. 3. Evaluating electrical wiring for damage and making necessary repairs. 4. Rebuilding walls, applying patches, texture, and paint. 5. Securing the perimeter by removing gutters, replacing fascia boards, and installing new soffits. Animals can inflict significant damage, often beyond initial expectations.
