Something exciting is happening in Stallion Lakes. ✨

I’m partnering with builder Matt Solomon of Solomon Builders on a spec home in Stallion Lakes—and this one is going to be something truly special.

One of the most exciting parts of this process was being able to carefully choose the lot and design the home around the land itself—creating a setting that feels private, intentional, and completely removed from the pace of everyday life. The goal from the beginning was to create a home that feels more like a secluded retreat than a traditional spec build.

What makes this collaboration so exciting is the freedom to fully shape the experience of the home—from the architecture and interiors to the way the property feels the moment you arrive.

Every decision is being made with privacy, atmosphere, and livability in mind—creating that quiet, resort-like feeling of a boutique hotel while still feeling warm, grounded, and deeply personal.

It’s the one space in your home that’s fully yours. No noise, no distractions, no expectations — just a calm place to land when everything else feels full. A room that helps you slow down, breathe a little deeper, and step out of the pace of the day.

The powder room is one of the spaces in a home where you can take a real design risk — and in this bathroom, we decided to do exactly that.

It’s bold, moody, and meant to make a statement the moment you walk in. A space that doesn’t play it safe, but instead leans into personality and presence in a way you don’t always get to in larger, more everyday rooms.

That’s the beauty of a powder room — it’s small enough to experiment, but impactful enough to leave a lasting impression on every guest who uses it.

Some living rooms are beautiful. Others make you slow down the second you walk in.

This one does both.

From the moment you enter, it just feels easy — open, warm, and grounded. A space that invites you to stay a little longer, whether you’re starting your morning with coffee or ending the day surrounded by the people you love.

That’s always the goal when we design a living space — it shouldn’t just look finished, it should feel lived in from day one. Comfortable without trying, elevated without feeling out of reach.
