Did you know, if properly maintained a driveway could last as long as 30 years!

Paving is an expensive investment, but there are ways you can extend its life? Just like anything else, regular maintenance is key to protecting your asphalt. Over time weather takes its toll on asphalt. Sun and heat will harden it making it brittle and more susceptible to cracks and breaking around the edges. Water and snow can pe*****te and cause erosion and damage when it freezes. Fresh asphalt should cure for at least 90 days before applying your first sealcoat. After that, most asphalt will need to be resealed every 2-3 years; heavier traffic areas (high traffic parking lots, etc.) will need more frequent treatment. Cracks should be filled immediately to prevent water from penetrating your asphalt. Protect your investment today!
