My name is Tom, I am the owner of Rodgers Renovations, LLC. Though our company itself may be fairly new, I assure you that my history of work is not. Having started learning trades at a young age, I was 16 when I successfully completely remodeled my families unfinished basement. Installing framework, adjusting plumbing and electrical, painting, sealing the floors, new wor
king bathroom and sump pump as well. Since then, I have only continued to grow not only my knowledge and expertise, but my passion for the trades, as well. I have a history of not only work that shows I take pride in it, but as well, extensive experience in all aspects of the trades. From sheetrock, framing and carpentry, painting, siding, roofing, and landscaping; up to working with electricians and master plumbers. I have been head of maintenance for over 260 units, I have also been a landscape foreman. With over 15 years of experience in the field of construction, we are here to accomplish any task you may have! My dream for this company, overall, is to be the perfect balance of Quality workmanship, something you look at with pride and joy; and Loyalty, not only to my customers, but to the pride I have in my craft and my commitment to always getting the job done, properly and efficiently. Currently Rodgers Renovations is a fully licensed and insured, Home Improvement Contractor for the state of New Jersey. We offer multitudes of services as you see fit.
* General carpentry : porches, decks, interior rooms [bathroom, basement, living, kitchen, bedroom]
* Light plumbing : faucets, shower heads, toilets. We also now offer drain clearing!
* Light electrical : Bulb replacements, doorbells, cameras, interior or exterior.
*Decorations : We are offering setup and take down of decorations for the holiday season. You provide the décor, let us make it everything you dreamed.
*Landscaping : Starting in March of 2022, our landscaping department will be ready to tackle any shrub removals or new plantings, up to 8ft trees planted or removed, lawn maintenance, leaf cleaning.
*We also offer the following : Sheetrock repairs, painting, furniture setup or build [Ikea/home depot/Wayfair/etc.], TV Mount installations, window AC unit install or removal.
