Added a new species to the grove this one is Bassetii. This species will grow to about 20 feet tall and a great option for growing in containers because it tends to be smaller and is extremely cold hardy.

Here at Bamboo Meadows we are seeing an average of more then 1 inch of growth per day.
Below are pictures documenting the growth all taken of the same shoot that was 1st seen on May 1st. Pictures where taken on May 4th (4 1/4 inch), May 14th (8 1/4 inches), May 17th (13 3/4 inches), May 23rd (18 1/2 inches) and June 2nd (42 3/4) inches.

Now till the end of August is the best time to plant so if you are interested give us a call or send us a message we would love to hear from you.

9 1/2 inches of growth in 9 days and this culm has 9 other new shoots 7 of which are growing just as fast, and we have 1 shoot that is 29 inches tall in less than a month. It is fun going out to the grove and witnessing all the new shoots and how fast they grow.
