Lower Plumbing, Heating, and Air has been doing business in Topeka since 1971 delivering heating, cooling, plumbing and sheet metal fabrication services.

We provide an array of services including Residential, Commercial and New Construction HVAC maintenance, service, repair, and installation. Plumbing installation for residential, commercial and new construction projects, sheet metal fabrication, sewer repair, sewer auguring, water heater replacement, and water heater repair.

Our professional tech crew is 35 strong and non-union. More than likely the technician you met as a customer 5 years ago is still with us today. Jack just retired at age 75 and he was with the company from the beginning. We think that means something to our customers. Our equipment and our work are as reliable as the day is long. We are members of the BBB, Downtown Topeka Inc., Association of General Contractors, Topeka Homebuilders Association and donate to the 20-30 Club.

1971 Established as a residential heating and air conditioning company

1978 Added plumbing construction and commercial HVAC construction and service department in addition to the residential department.

1977 Added temperature and controls department

2001 Added residential and commercial plumbing services

2006 Grown to a full-service mechanical contractor providing personal service to individual home owners. We offer turn-key design, installation, and maintenance to the building owner no matter the size of the project.

2020 Still going strong and adding value to our community with each customer interaction.
