We're hiring! Schendel Lawn & Landscape and Green Pest Solutions are looking for a Customer Care & Inside Sales Specialist to join our team.
This role is the voice of our company. You'll be the first person customers talk to when they call, and the person who helps them find the right lawn care or pest solution for their home. If you're someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, solving problems, and being part of a team that has each other's backs, this might be your fit.
Here's what the role looks like:
📞 Helping customers over the phone with scheduling, billing, and service questions
💬 Guiding new customers through our lawn and pest programs
🤝 Working alongside a team that shows up for each other every day
