Another bathroom completed. Marble tile shower, frameless glass doors etc.. This one was already torn down to the studs and joist. Relocated plumbing for vanity where tubs was. 38" x 65" shower framed in with hardieboard and schluter water membrane installed. To halo lights installed with a new vent fan relocated. Closet built with 18 " door. LVP flooring installed.

Another bathroom remodel complete. Everything was torn out due to water damage from faulty plumbing. Working on a old bathroom built in 1810 comes with surprises. Had to sister the joist to get floor solid and back to level. Put down Advantech, Installed new plumbing, moved electrical, installed, new window, tiled shower .All new and up to date and code.

Torn out the hardwood floors. Thinsetted and screwed hardie board to the sub floor then installed tile. Next phase kitchen floors

61ft patio walkway. The bluestone was reused from the original walkway to build the steps. If I can help my customers by reusing to rebuild to save cost of materials
