A finished kitchen on one of our renovation projects . So many things go into a project like this . All the great trades people involved make a project like this possible . This is a 1790 home that has undergone major renovations . There were many challenges bringing this home back to life but old homes deserve such efforts .Recreating the space on paper by hand drawing the spaces and bringing it back to life .

Barn at the Manchester Connecticut project is coming together . New construction barn to replace the deteriorating exiting. The Theodore Keeney house has undergone a major renovation and restoration and is inching toward completion .

What’s in your walls . Good renovations start with fully exposing wall and ceiling cavity’s. In the is case we found multiple plumbing leaks that have been quietly causing problem’s most likely since the day it was built. Coverup job is never a good job regardless of finishes .

New project updating the exterior of this wonderful house in Falls Village, Connecticut. Full roof replacement, copper features, and flashings. Lots of siding and wood repairs, copper, and more. Such a pretty house in a great spot.

1790 house revived with a major renovation . Much deserving old farm house hidden in amongst a nice newer development. One of the oldest homes in the town it is now a functional residence with all new civil utilities, major structural restoration and new mechanicals and finishes . We maintained some of the original features to keep it authentic. Great house that has very low energy costs .
