Does it look like someone has taken a hole punch or pinking shears to your garden?
It could be the leaf cutter bee! He is a garden friend being one of the primary pollinators of melons and squash. He isn't aggressive, and the little bits he trims don't cause harm to the plants.

June is here and that can make for a hot greenhouse trip- even our baby Robin was panting in the heat!
Follow these tips for shopping in the heat:
*Arrive early- it's the coolest time of day
*Aim for a cloudy, dry day- overcast skies have a huge effect on greenhouse temps, but rain can bring puddles
* Stay hydrated! We have a water cooler available to everyone.
*Don't dress to impress- loose airy clothing and sensible shoes make happy shoppers
* Have a seat or ask for help! - We've got cushioned chairs and staff that can brave the heat for you.
