Customer complained because his room was always cold. Looked behind the walls with a borescope, seeing there was very little insulation. Removed all the drywall removed all the old R-11 insulation. Could see outside on the bottom plate. sealed Everything at the bottom of the walls with closed cell spray foam, and all electrical holes with fire block spray foam. corner' with quad interior exterior sealer.. After inspecting notice, there was no nail plates visible anywhere, including across the top of the room. Where they had 220 running all the way through the walls. installed nail plates
Finished sealing, all intrusions. Reinstalled R-15 insulation in the walls and we are ready for drywall.

Installed natural stone countertops for Jennifer Gile Sanders. Cut the upper part off the island down even with the lower half.Install new kitchen sink, hooked up the garbage disposal, re-plumbed everything in
And trimmed everything out. She picked out a gorgeous countertop. I think it turned out amazing what do you all think

Well, gonna be sad to go.But all jobs must come to an end. Just gotta install the door clean everything up.
I think Tobi is happy with how everything turned out. I for one thing it looks incredible.
