This project was a complete strip of the house and trim. We did rot repairs on several areas. New tyvek on the house and all the trim was replaced with pvc trim. House has new siding the color is flagstone. Also added new gutters on the back of the house.

We took off the old clapboard and cedar shake siding. We installed new life span siding. All ready for paint in June.

Installed pre finished hardwood floors in two bedrooms in Pelham N.H. Tore out the old carpets, padding and nail strips. We took of the baseboards and undercut the door jambs. Perfect match to the existing hallway hardwood floors.

Out with the old and in with the new tile floor. Homeowner will be making his own wood threshold.

Just finished up another exterior paint job. This little cottage had lots of scrapping to do. All the windows had to be re-glazed along with a lot of glass. The house and trim all got 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of finish paint.
