Did you know your shower floor should be tested for proper drainage even after the tile is installed? 🚿

We're checking the grade here to make sure water is moving toward the drain as intended.

Why does that matter? Because a shower floor that doesn't drain properly can leave standing water behind, which can lead to moisture issues over time.

It's one of those details that isn't necessarily noticeable when everything is done right. And that's exactly the point.

Demolition is dirty work. 🔨 Especially when you’re tearing out a bathroom. But keeping the rest of your home as clean as possible throughout the process is an important part of how we work.

We keep the bathroom door closed, vacuum as we go, and give the space a thorough cleanup once the demolition is complete. It may look messy while it’s happening, but we’re mindful of the mess and the impact it can have on the rest of your home.
