It’s funny… after all the framing, insulation, drywall, mudding, painting, and trim, no one really notices all those building details once the space is finished. 😂

But the little details? Those are what you notice the second you walk in. Comment “Finished” ✨

That’s why I was so excited to partner with Amerelle to finish our office with their beautiful wallplates and rechargeable lighting accents. The wallplates add that polished finishing touch, while the rechargeable lights were the perfect little table accent as we popped a bottle of champagne to celebrate finally finishing this space. 🥂✨

Because sometimes, it’s the smallest details that make a space feel complete.

The finishing touch our eat-in kitchen was missing… ✨

We absolutely loved the chandelier we originally purchased for this space, but after living with it for several months, we realized there was just a little too much metal happening in one room. I wanted to create a softer look while still bringing in more elegance and an elevated feel.

This chandelier is absolutely stunning over our dining table, and I am completely obsessed with the quality and luxury it brings to the space. It feels softer, more refined, and adds just the right amount of elegance without competing with the other finishes in the room.

We have already had so many compliments from people seeing it in person, and my husband and I are officially over the moon with it!

There are some homes that stay with you, and this is definitely one of them. I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again—I think I have a new favorite.

This stunning home, designed for Lowder New Homes in High Grove, was such a special project. Samantha and I collaborated on every finish, thoughtfully selecting each detail—from the custom cabinet color and flooring to the beam stain, wallpaper and wall color, hardware, and the perfect faucets. Every choice was made with intention.

And that marble backsplash... absolutely breathtaking. It ties the entire kitchen together so beautifully and is easily one of my favorite features in the home.

We’re incredibly grateful for the opportunity to bring this vision to life. Thankful for the trust, the collaboration, and to be part of the amazing team at Lowder New Homes. Projects like this remind me just how much I love what I do. 🤍

A little milestone I’m really proud of… ✨

Over the past season, I’ve selected finishes for 100+ new build homes—each one thoughtfully designed from the outside in.

From exterior details like brick, stone, and siding colors… to every interior layer:
• Tile flooring & LVP
• Cabinet colors + styles
• Backsplash & bathroom tile
• Hardware, faucets, and fixtures
• Wall colors throughout
• And all the little details that tie it all together

Each home meant hundreds of decisions—carefully considered to create spaces that feel cohesive, functional, and beautiful.

This feels like a big milestone for me—and one I’m really proud of. Grateful for the trust that builders like Lowder New Homes has in me. Excited for what’s ahead, and ready to design many more homes. 🤍
