Hey everyone here is a repair we did plus added a new front door and landing.
As we got in to this job we noticed the wall was not connected to the floor due to rotted wood so we went in a fixed the problem. We also found a big hole in the sub floor that was rotted also we repaired it and installed new vinyl plank flooring. Here are some before and after pictures
