I do Wood deck and fence cleaning, power washing, sanding and staining.
Power washing of any kind.
Price list
THESE ARE ALL STARTING PRICES!!
Decking: power wash and clean $4 sq ft
Power wash and stain/seal $6 per sq ft
Sanding and staining $8 sq ft
Wood fencing: $6 a linear ft for cleaning/power washing.
$10 a linear ft for cleaning and staining/sealing
Vinyl fence: $2 a linear ft for power washing
Vinyl siding: $.50 per sq ft for power washing/cleaning
Driveways: starting at $.25 a sq foot for cleaning (the more oil spots there are, the more it'll cost)
Garbage cans are $250 each. If you have 2 or more, I'll knock $100 off
$250 minimum job fee.
