This customer called me because their gates were not in good shape and the 6x6 gate post had rotted. They liked the design of the gates and wanted the new gates to be built exactly the same. After replacing the 6x6 we built the gates, which are 1x4s laminated together. It’s hard to tell from the pictures but there are 28 1x4s per gate. Needless to say these are some heavy gates.

Here are a few pics of our latest project. After this family’s dog house caught on fire, the dog was unharmed, they called us to make the repairs. It took a few days but we were able to restore the side of the house like the fire never even happened.

I had a customer call me about some damaged drywall and her fear was that there was a plumbing leak and possibly some mold. Turns out there was, in fact, a plumbing leak and the presence of mold. After treating the mold problem the plumbing was repaired and the drywall was replaced. After a couple of coats of drywall compound and some elbow grease we primed it and painted it. It is now safe to use the water in the bathroom again and there isn’t any sign of a previous problem.

When the insurance agent does a “surprise” inspection and tells you that your handrail isn’t up to their standards you can give me a call and not only will it meet their standards it will also be up to code.

Here’s a backsplash project we finished up this morning. The outlet had to be moved to accommodate so we had to do a little drywall repair too.
