When the pooper is falling through the floor!!!! Removed all fixtures, removed tile, removed rotted subfloor!! Replaced subfloor 3/4 inch, put down a 20 mill LVP, trimmed out and reinstalled fixtures!!! Not bad for 2.5 hours of work!!

Went to job 2 weeks ago on a house that was closing two days later I believe!!! Was told just need a couple vanities put in and new angle stops. This is what I arrived too in the first two pictures!! completely fixed the walls put in new vanities took some customization to make it work but it got done!!!!

Just walked out of the door as the new tenant was moving into this 3 bed, 3 bathroom 1200 sqft apartment.

Fresh Paint (Ceiling, Walls, Trim, Doors, Vanities, And Cabinets)

Removed all old flooring added Vinyl Click lock and a 3/4 trim out.
