Does your client live in their home but you know it needs a few adjustments before the listing photos are taken?
That's exactly what we're here for. Staging doesn't have to mean clearing everything out and starting from scratch — it's not all or nothing.
Here's what working together can actually look like:
🛋️ Owner-occupied staging — Your client stays put. We work with the furniture they already have, blending in key pieces and accessories so the home photographs like a model. No move-out required.
🛏️ Single-room staging — Sometimes one space is doing all the work to lose the sale: the empty primary bedroom, the awkward "flex" room, the living room that won't come together. We stage just the room that needs it.
🕯️ Accessory staging — The furniture is great. It just needs the finishing layer — the art, lamps, textiles, and styling that make a space feel intentional in photos and in person.
Full staging is one option. It's not the only one — and it's not always the right one.
