We are rebranding, with our rebranding we will also be providing digital invoicing, we will also he accepting all methods of payment including: cash, check, credit/debit, venmo, cashapp, zelle and PayPal. With this our pricing is also going to change, our hourly rate will be going from $65.00/hr to $75.00 and will include a one time trip fee of $10.00 and our estimates will remain free of charge. These changes will begin May 1st, 2026, we appreciate everyone's understanding and patience with our new and upcoming changes as our company grows, we hope you'll grow with us.

Installed a wall mounted fan for our freinds at Lake City Church in their kitchen to help cool it down a little. Tied the electrical into the lighting so when you turn the lights off the fan turns off in case some one forgets to turn off!

Today is a good day to update on the sober house that we are doing for 31properties. We ripped all rotted subfloor and joist, installed new structural post and beams. Had to install a new water main coming into home as thats where a great deal of moisture come from, tore out all the old galvanized water lines and installed all new pex, installed new PVC drain lines through and finished up this week with subfloor. More to come

Been working with 31 Properties fully renovating a sober living home in Cleveland, NC. Had to rip out the entire floor and replace all the joists. Will be adding photos with progress!

Built another handicap ramp for our customers residential nursing facility in Troutman to follow ADA regulations. Also wired and installed heat detectors to keep up to code.
