Tub to shower conversion. We removed the old shower and added some needed closet space by moving a wall and HVAC. Carried the 3/4" oak hardwood throughout.

Hello!
Looking for a part time worker. Starting pay $17. Light trade skills start at $20 per hour. Pretty much grunt labor to begin with, but ample room to learn valuable skills and grow in luxury remodeling/building. Learning on the job the correct way OHSA and MIOSHA compliant. Tile, cabinets, windows and glass, rough and finish carpentry, technical drawings, CAD, permits, flooring, bending aluminum trim, vinyl siding, roofing, and even welding! Light electrical and plumbing. Possibility to go full time over time depending on skills and work ethic.

This is why we don’t glue flooring down unless it’s on cement. It’s permanent. Taking the subfloor up with it is the only way to remove it in almost all cases costing tens of thousands extra.
