MINI-SPLIT SWAT REPORT: Morrill Edition 🚨

We’ve been so busy cleaning heat pumps that we haven’t been posting as much as we should… Facebook probably thinks we disappeared. 😂

Today’s mission was in Morrill, and this blower wheel was another good reminder:

The coil, blower wheel, drain area, and hidden buildup are what can affect airflow, smell, and efficiency.

Northpoint’s newest “employee” just showed up for uniform modeling duty. 😂

Before anyone reports me to HR — no, he’s not out cleaning mini-splits yet. His official job today was:

✅ Stand still for 30 seconds
✅ Model the new Northpoint gear
✅ Look mildly annoyed about it

The new uniforms are officially in, and the Mini-Split S.W.A.T. Unit is looking a little more legit now.
Same deep cleanings. Same local service. Just better shirts.

One of the coolest parts about doing local work is meeting genuinely good people right here in the community.

I did a heat pump cleaning today here in Troy, and the customer was kind enough to give me one of her paintings. Definitely not something I expected, but it honestly made my day. I think it’s going up in the living room.

Little things like this are a good reminder of why I’m trying to build this business the right way — good work, honest service, and taking care of local people.

🚨 MINI-SPLIT SWAT REPORT: Palmyra, Maine 🚨

We got called in for a couple in Palmyra and found the outdoor unit trying to hide years of buildup behind the grille like it had a warrant out. 😂

The S.W.A.T. team showed up —
S — Split
W — Washing
A — Airflow
T — Team

✅ Grille pulled
✅ Fan area cleaned
✅ Coil washed out
✅ Cabinet cleaned up
✅ Outdoor unit brought back from “don’t look at me” status

A lot of people think cleaning the indoor filters is enough, but the system only runs as efficiently as its dirtiest piece. If the outdoor unit is packed with buildup, the whole system has to work harder.

This one got the full Palmyra cleanup treatment — dust bunnies surrounded, no negotiations. 🐰🚔
