Loaded up and headed out for delivery first thing this morning! This custom built 12x12 Thrifty garage was ordered a few weeks ago by a customer. It came in on Monday and is being delivered today. If we don’t have the building you need, we generally can order whatever you want up to a 12x24 in the Thrifty aluminum sided. Right now due to an abundance of inventory, we are not doing any custom orders on our aluminum sided buildings but we will be again soon! So come see us and get some of this inventory off of our hands!

I have two repos on the lot! First is a wood sided 10x12 Premier utility shed for $3041.50 plus tax. On rent to own $150 down gets it delivered within 50 miles and payments as low as $118.20 plus tax per month.

Next is an 8x12 Thrifty utility shed for $2640.00 plus tax. On rent to own $132.00 down gets it delivered within 50 miles and payments as low as $103.77 plus tax per month.

There is NO CREDIT CHECK on rent to own. Must have valid state issued photo ID. On the wood building you must have two forms of ID and your address on the ID must match the delivery address. If it does not, we need something that proves you have ties to the property such as a lease, light bill, etc.

With all the recent black bear sightings in the area, don’t get caught off guard. Be sure your stuff is protected not only from the elements, but also bears. You don’t want that brand new 4 wheeler, side by side, lawnmower, or whatever may be important to you, all torn up by our bear friends.

Please note, I do not know if our buildings are actually bear proof. My family has been doing this over 50 years and honestly, never had a customer tell us whether or not their building stopped a bear onslaught. That being said, you still need one, just in case Big Bertha here shows up in your yard. So come see us and let us get you in the perfect bear prevention unit (potentially, maybe, pretty sure if the bear wants in it is still getting in)
