I’ve mentioned this recipe in my Instagram stories a few times, but it deserves its own post. recipe for Egg Roll Bowls is 🙌 It’s flavorful, easy, quick, and full of veggies. A weeknight dinner miracle. Grab a bag of organic coleslaw and a pound of ground pork from the grocery store and you’re golden ✨ My slight modifications: Use 4 T. soy or aminos or a mix, 1 T. red boat fish sauce, lots of chopped cilantro (1 bunch) and lots of sriracha on top. Serve over rice. I never seem to have scallions on hand 🤷♀️ Thank you for this recipe, Christina 😘😘😘
