Did this big room in another really old Trumansburg house. There's still some electrical, and carpentry work to be done on it. The blue trim is the before pics. Tim is spraying the trim on this one. This trim is quite unique. I haven't seen this on any other job.

Last week we finished some trim for a local contractor. He had came up with a system he liked using on pine. Sand it with 80grit to remove the mill glaze, apply a coat of wood conditioner, then one coat of stain. Let dry then one coat of satin poly. We will putty the nail holes after installation, then the remaining coats of poly will be applied.
